Throughout our history, Wells® has expanded our building solutions offerings for our partners to support the entire project lifecycle; from preconstruction and design to manufacturing to construction. We provide many different prefabricated building solutions ranging from architectural to structural to building enclosure systems to meet our client and partner’s needs.
We prioritize research and product development, leading the future of building solutions, developing sustainable manufacturing practices and new game-changing products like Infinite Facade™. We continue to support the building's entire lifecycle by offering lifelong maintenance for any building type with our Sealants and Restoration team.

In July 2024, Wells announced the acquisition of Gate Precast, bringing together two industry-leading organizations and expanding our innovation, solutions and services across the United States. With the addition of Gate Precast, Wells' footprint now covers 70% of the U.S., with the ability to service over 30 states with 14 manufacturing facilities and over 2,000 team members.
