If you need immediate assistance after business hours please contact the hospital operator who will connect you to the hospital nursing supervisor. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization either by calling 1-800-994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
