Overview
Alnylam is expanding its Pipeline Commercialization capability to match the ambition and complexity of one of the most productive development pipelines in the company's history. The Director, New Pipeline Commercialization will be a member of the Value & Pipeline Commercialization (VPC) team, serving as a key commercial contributor across multiple development-stage assets with a primary focus on Alnylam's late stage pipeline assets such as Zilebesiran and ALN-6400. This individual will report to the VP, Zilebesiran Commercialization Lead and will operate as a hands-on strategic contributor - owning defined commercial workstreams, leading external engagements with customers and alliance partners, and supporting the commercial development of multiple pipeline assets simultaneously. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of science and strategy, brings deep new product planning experience, and is energized by the opportunity to shape development decisions years before launch. U.S. Pay Range $208,300.00 - $281,800.00 The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
