ABOUT THE ROLE The Training Specialist supports both recruiting and operational training efforts with a strong focus on engaging and supporting Spanish-speaking employees and candidates. This role helps position Wells as an employer of choice within diverse labor markets while ensuring clear communication, safe work practices, and effective onboarding.
