ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Project Manager oversees precast construction projects from early design and engineering through production, erection, and final closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners. The Senior Project Manager also supports sales and construction services by managing risk, resolving issues, and driving successful project execution. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. They are highly organized, financially and operationally savvy, and skilled at coordinating multiple stakeholders across design, production, and field operations. This individual is a confident communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively manages risk, and consistently drives projects to successful completion.
