ABOUT THE ROLE The Engineering Intern participates in the Wells Engineering Development Program (EDP), gaining hands-on experience across quality control, field services, and engineering design. This role provides exposure to precast manufacturing, construction operations, and structural design while working directly with Professional Engineers and field leaders. Interns rotate through multiple functional areas to build technical skills and identify a long-term career path in engineering. Salary range ($25.00). Based on experience.
