ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting a national building solutions company with a strong focus on brand, culture, and communication. This role assists the marketing team with a variety of projects including content creation, social media, CRM updates, website support, and marketing material development. The position is part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer, offering broad exposure to multiple areas of marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day project needs
  • Assist with content creation for internal and external communications
  • Help maintain and update marketing platforms, website, and CRM data
  • Coordinate photography and visual content needs
  • Assist in developing and updating marketing materials and collateral
  • Support social media execution and scheduling
  • Assist with campaign and communication initiatives
  • Help organize and maintain digital marketing assets
  • Participate in marketing research and data collection as needed
  • Complete additional marketing-related tasks as assigned


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a motivated student pursuing a career in marketing who is eager to gain real-world, hands-on experience in a professional environment. They are creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. This individual is proactive, collaborative, and excited to learn across various areas of marketing including digital content, branding, and communications.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE



  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or photo editing tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
