ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Facades Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the client base to meet Wells sales goals for facades building solutions; collaborating with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive Wells experiences as well as successful project execution. This position will report to the Vice President of Facades.

Salary range $110,000-$135,000 a year. Based on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Identify market opportunities for facade building solutions by showcasing Wells' capabilities and expertise to Owners, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and other key decision makers.
  • Lead design-build preconstruction efforts for facade projects, including facilitating meetings to drive value and expand scope of work.
  • Evaluate value engineering opportunities to optimize cost, design, and constructability outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules throughout the design process.
  • Perform constructability reviews and analyze design documents to assess cost implications and project risks.
  • Provide multi-stage estimates from conceptual design through construction documents.
  • Assist in strategic planning and competitive analysis while providing market insight to anticipate evolving client needs.
  • Lead transition from preconstruction to construction execution, including handoff, team alignment, contract negotiation, and ongoing cost feedback for continuous improvement.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction sales or business development professional with a strong understanding of building systems, estimating, and project execution from concept through completion. They are a strategic and client-focused leader who can build relationships, manage a profitable book of work, and identify opportunities that drive business growth. This individual is highly motivated, organized, and persuasive, with the ability to collaborate effectively, lead with integrity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of construction sales, business development, or related industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of local construction markets, including means and methods, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and material pricing.
  • Proven ability to manage a profitable book of work within the building and construction industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients, colleagues, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams with respect, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Ability to actively listen, participate in meetings, and translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Skilled in persuasion, influence, organization, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and related business software tools.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel 40-50% and operate a motor vehicle.
