ABOUT THE ROLE The Field Foreman is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the installation of precast concrete structures. This position leads daily jobsite activities, directs crews, and works closely with dispatch, crane operators, and contractors to maximize productivity and maintain project schedules. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Foreman ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. Safety is our highest priority.
