ABOUT THE ROLE The Plant Controller I is an entry-level finance management role responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations within the plant. This position focuses on job costing, financial reporting, budgeting support, and ensuring accuracy in accounting transactions and internal controls. Working closely with plant leadership and the corporate accounting team, this role provides foundational financial insights to support operational decision-making. Plant Controller - Level 1 Starting Salary: $85,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
Plant Controller - Level 2 Starting Salary: $105,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
Plant Controller - Level 3 Starting Salary: $125,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
Plant Controller - Level 4 Starting Salary: $145,000 or higher depending on experience and location.
