Full Time Health Unit Coordinator l 11am - 7:30pm on Weekdays with an Every other Weekend rotation l 80 hours/2 weeks Ecumen Lakeshore-The Fountains provides short-term rehab, transitional care, and post-hospital care for up to 60 patients in spacious, private rooms and is located at 40th avenue east and London Road in Duluth, MN. The campus is situated along the picturesque shores of Lake Superior, providing a serene and beautiful backdrop . The Health Information Specialist/Health Unit Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the clinical nursing staff in an assigned unit or station within a skilled nursing facility. Maintains the clinical records of clients in accordance with state and federal guidelines and professional practice standards.
