Shear Operator Shift: 1st, (5am-1pm) Pay: $21-$26/hr. (Based on experience) Job Description: Operate shear machinery to cut metal sheets to required dimensions. Set up and adjust shear settings to achieve accurate cuts. Monitor machine operation to ensure proper cutting speed and quality. Inspect cut metal pieces for conformity to specifications Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Requirement: Previous experience operating shear machinery in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with metal fabrication processes and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
