Grinder Machine Operator Shift: 2nd, 12:30pm-8:30pm Pay: $18-$19/hr +$1/hr Shift Premium Our client is looking for a Bulk Packaging Grinder Operator for our 2nd shift. This role involves operating grinding equipment and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the packaging process. Candidates with a background in machine operations and the food industry are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage all grinding operations and equipment according to proper procedures. Verify correct items and lot numbers during operations. Set up, troubleshoot, operate, disassemble, and clean equipment. Complete all scheduled work to meet production requirements. Safely operate a forklift to load and unload raw materials and finished products. Assist in packaging medium-sized bags and perform repetitive tasks as needed. Maintain documentation of weights and measurements and ensure adherence to quality control guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Prior machine operation experience preferred. Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and understand English. Strong attention to detail for accurate weighing and measuring of products. Barcoding experience is a plus.
