Position Summary:
The Event Coordinator works closely with the Event Team to provide support for tradeshows and sponsorship programs (40+ events annually) to ensure successful execution. This includes assisting with logistical planning of tradeshows as well as supporting smaller vendor shows and meetings. A successful coordinator will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously. What you will do in this role: Responsibilities include meeting with sales team to work out event details, plan with the event organizer and coordinate product and event material shipping to and from shows. The Event Coordinator is also responsible for planning and maintaining an events calendar for the year and filling out and submitting event registration forms.
