Role Description: As a member of the Global Zoetis Human Resources ("HR") team, the HR Business Partner ("HRBP") will ensure smooth operation of day-to-day human resources processes and contributing to the employee experience as well as provide HR coaching to leaders, managers and colleagues within assigned client groups including the following: Global Diagnostics, Zoetis Reference Labs. He/she will also provide support as needed to other groups within the remit of the HR Director. The HR Business Partner will work closely with assigned colleagues and people managers in all areas of HR, including but not limited to: employee relations, talent acquisition, colleague data management, colleague engagement, compensation planning/implementation, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, performance management, workforce planning and analytics, , EEO/AAP and compensation planning/implementation. He/she will also work closely with other Zoetis HR colleagues to ensure successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities: Requires a proven track record as a successful business partner and influencer to managers and leaders across multiple US sites and time zones. Experience should demonstrate success in support of large organizations, preferably in a multi-site environment, with a large non-exempt workforce, with a track record of delivering operational effectiveness, aligning HR goals with business imperatives, building relationships, and coaching colleagues and managers.
