Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Aviation group, which consists of support for all employees and managers in this assigned group. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior executives, directors, managers, and employees on performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organization planning and development. This position will be based in our Dayton, OH office, with the ability to work remotely up to three days per week. This role will report directly to the Director of Human Resources, with a dotted line to the Executive Director of the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
Serve as an HR Business Partner to support compensation administration, employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, legal compliance, metrics & reporting, performance management, and HR process improvement for assigned client groups.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or Masters preferred. Years of Experience: At least five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a large client group or multiple client groups within a company Certifications: SHRM certification is highly desired Technical Skills
