Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Manager of Sales Programs & Analytics to join our team in Dallas!

The Manager of Sales Programs & Analytics will lead the development and execution of sales initiatives and strategies designed to optimize performance across all channels. This role is responsible for overseeing sales programs, key vendor applications, generating actionable insights from data, and ensuring alignment with company-wide goals. By leveraging analytics, the Manager will drive sales effectiveness, develop performance metrics, and create reporting tools to support leadership in decision-making.



Responsibilities

    Lead and manage sales programs with the Field that support organizational objectives (i.e- FLIP (internal-referral program) referrals, Select Planner (loyalty program), Omnificent (multi-program initiative).
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across various sales business segments.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and PowerBI, reports, and KPIs to monitor and optimize sales performance.
  • Support goal-setting process and tracking with Global and above-property Transient teams involving data-driven reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, revenue management, operations) to ensure sales programs align with overall business strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Management of external sales solution vendors (Cvent, Knowland). Help drive continuous improvement of sales processes through data analytics and technology tools.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.
  • Special event reporting and tracking as well as larger sales initiatives (i.e.- Masters, PGA Tour, Bi-Annual Sales Blitzes, IMEX tradeshow, Say Goodnight to Hunger)
  • Participate in weekly meetings, monthly sales meetings, and ad-hoc meetings as required
  • Will participate in annual trainings when appropriate.


Qualifications

  • Capable of understanding how to analyze and summarize large datasets into actionable insights for decision-makers with the analytical toolkit.
  • Ability to build immediate rapport with internal team members through effective communication
  • Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI required for data extraction, analysis, and visualization. Must be able to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards by querying databases with SQL and transforming data into clear, actionable insights within PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales programs and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Ability to communicate issues and concerns at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative and strategic skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize when necessary.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in the sales process as it relates to Global and Hotel.
  • Must be a team player within the brand and contribute positive energy
  • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude
