As a Partner Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for executing critical projects responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of several important aspects of the Americas channel strategy. The role will have a primary emphasis on operational readiness from both a systems and processes to ensure achievement of our 5 year growth plan.

In this role, you will be instrumental in reshaping internal processes and enhancing data analysis to drive exponential growth in partner sales. You will be responsible for managing processes related to partner execution analysis, data acquisition, and back-end operations, and supporting the Sales Team's scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support for Partner Sales Teams: Assist in driving initiatives to support channel sales teams and partners, while collaborating with Team Leads to enhance operations.
  • Training and Communications: Develop and deliver training materials for internal teams and external partners to communicate process changes, program status, and system updates.
  • Project Management: Serve as a project manager for key initiatives and programs across the Americas Channel Sales organization, working cross functionally with Sales Ops and Partner Alliance to ensure completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Transactional Support: Provide operational support for transactional tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high levels of quality and urgency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Support the Americas business from leadership to individual channel with performance metrics, dashboards, business analysis and trending insight
  • Presentation Preparation & Leadership Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, ensuring clear communication of data insights and process updates to leadership. Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively align cross-functional teams with business goals.
  • Territory and Partner Management: Update territories and partner account assignments, resolving requests from Partner Sales teams, and ensuring accuracy in go-to-market systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and support broader channel initiatives.
  • Data Reconciliation: Reconcile data across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency to support channel sales operations and decision-making.
  • Process Adherence: Monitor and enforce adherence to channel sales processes using reports and dashboards generated from internal systems.
  • Data Quality Improvements: Analyse and recommend improvements to data quality, accuracy, and process efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a focus on quality control to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Innovation and Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements that align with team goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Challenge yourself to improve and align with team goals while adapting to evolving business needs and processes.

Qualifications

  • College degree and 5-7 years of channel operational experience, demonstrating senior-readiness.
  • Data Governance & Operations: 5+ years of experience Channel Operations
  • Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly and effectively to rapid changes in a dynamic business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing presentations and effectively communicating with leadership.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, process compliance, and quality standards.
  • Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about continuous learning, process adaptation, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who takes ownership of goals and drives them to completion with accountability.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks with focus and care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of supporting the Americas business with performance metrics, dashboards, business analysis, and trending insights.
  • Salesforce System Administration: 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, including system platform integration expertise.
  • Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in Excel, including experience with creating reports using macros, pivot tables, and advanced data analysis tools and in PowerPoint in taking concepts and creating presentations that encompass the messaging for delivery to varying audiences
  • Problem-Solving: Proven experience in identifying, researching, and solving complex challenges.
  • Process Improvement: Passionate about compliance, process standardization, and continuous operational improvement. Agile & User Story writing experience a plus.
