Company Description
The Program Director is responsible for the financial monitoring, delivery of services, performance management, and quality of delivery for the Young Adult, SEAL and Disability Services Programs and Procedures. Sets expectations to exceed performance goals in accordance with the Equus Workforce Services Statement of Work, State Metrics, WFSDallas Directives, and Project Management standards. This position will provide the program with leadership, guidance and accountability to exceed contracted performance measures and financial goals in accordance with the Statement of Work, State Metrics, and WFSDallas directives.
