We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Woodland CA! This position supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities including equipment in Greenhouses. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment) Conduct facility inspections, reporting conditions affecting client operations Replace lighting and ballasts Maintain HVAC systems (clean coils, change filters and belts) Complete Hazard Assessments as needed Comply with safety procedures and maintain safe work areas Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Handle hazardous materials according to safety protocols Update work order status using CMMS system Escalate issues to management promptly Attend required work and safety meetings Qualifications Minimum requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, HVAC systems, basic plumbing, and basic electrical Mechanical troubleshooting skills Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Frequent bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and reaching overhead required Must be able to climb a 30-foot ladder. Preferred requirements: Green House maintenance experience a plus but not required EPA Universal certification a plus but not required Ability to read and understand a one line/ladder diagram Team Player Reliable Strong customer service skills Ability to read and write reports clearly and thoroughly Strong interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment | |
