In this role, you will:



    Delivery



    • Participate in the management of the full life cycle of complex projects.
    • Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.
    • Support the evaluation and resolution of project issues and scope changes throughout the project phases.
    • Participate in client engagements in a matrixed fast-paced environment, including core aspects required to successfully plan, forecast, manage and report.
    • Work as a member of cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
    • Participate in the develop integrated plans to establish, monitor, manage and report key milestones and deliverables.
    • Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility.
    • Help provide solutions (often technology enabled) to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
    • Manage and collaborate with internal Centric teams and third parties in account administration activities, such as project setup, talent acquisition and staffing, approval of account time and expense, billing, and accounts receivable, etc.


    Business Development



    • Establish and manage collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to support team effort to expand opportunities.
    • Based on project work contribute to strategies to expand business and contribute to proposals to gain net new business.
    • Demonstrate value to the client by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract.
    • Create Centric collateral, such as, case studies and knowledge artifacts, that can be leveraged across Centric.


    Practice Management



    • Participate as a project leader in the Centric Cleveland business operating model and capability development, people development, market strategy development, as well as process and technology enablement.
    • Maintain alignment to the Centric mission to create unmatched experiences for our clients and employees.
    • Contribute to Centric growth and operational improvements.
    • Maintain a connection to Centric through participation in events outside of client activities.
    • Build client working relationships across team members that foster collaboration.


    Who You Are:



    • Project leadership in business consulting (e.g., process improvement, change management), in technology consulting (e.g., data & analytics, customer application development, ERP, CRM, enterprise collaboration, customer experience) or equivalent experience.
    • At least five years of experience in managing complex professional services projects and client relationships.
    • Show flexibility in the type, duration, and nature of client delivery roles.
    • Client and team management skills.
    • Excitement around knowledge sharing, and the desire to mentor others.
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about the client and client's environment.
