JOB PURPOSE The Animal Caretaker IV Team Member is responsible for loading market hogs from commercial finisher buildings being delivered to the processing plant under direction of the Loadout Supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is commonly exposed to airborne particles and gases at low concentrations.
