Role Purpose

To support global Exhibitor Operations and Client Success in portal related activities including creation, quality assurance checks, and troubleshooting. Also, playing a key role as a strategic partner identifying and driving enhancements and solutions to business gaps.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Global Exhibitor Operations and Client Success Partner teams on daily, weekly and long-term strategic projects.

  • Respond to internal team questions, troubleshooting items and issues in a timely manner

  • Manage the exhibitor content experience within the exhibitor portals for our global conference portfolio

  • Review exhibitor content results across the portfolios to ensure attendee and exhibitor as well as internal team feedback is the primary priority for enhancements

  • Work with technical teams and exhibitor operations partners on improvements, troubleshooting and testing for within our various platforms (i.e Conference Navigator and Rainfocus platforms), as well as assist to track enhancements

  • Evaluate new trends and assist in managing processes within the business to ensure team is meeting expectations of our internal partners

  • Expectation to provide conference support and some travel to support in-person conferences in an operations capacity

  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20% per year supporting Gartner Conferences

  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to work in different platforms

  • Ability to maintain detailed documentation of projects in a timely manner

  • Exceptional critical thinking and customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that will provide the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal colleagues at all levels

  • Effective at building relationships with internal and external clients

  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Effective collaboration with colleagues in different time zones

  • Ability to travel

  • Ability to successfully work through challenges to resolution

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 48,800 USD - 75,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
