Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
  • The role will incorporate instructions, drawings, inspection instructions and checklists, and various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.
  • Interfaces effectively and diplomatically with all levels of manufacturing when addressing quality defects.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week (1st shift)

Length: Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in conformal coating.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Measurement Standards.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inspecting solder connections or in assembly build.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in circuit card assemblies by IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in solder/visual Inspection.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Computer operating.
  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/soldering experience of Electronic Assemblies.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Able to work under a microscope
  • Detailed and process-oriented, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, and parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.
  • Team player with verbal and written communication skills
  • Documentation Skills.
