Position Description:




As an Administrative Coordinator in Anesthesiology you will perfom the following:

Job Duties:

  • Email support and management for the Chair
  • Scheduling/Calendars
    • Mange calendar
    • Scheduling calls
  • Qgenda bulletins & requests
  • Letters of support for Chair and Vice Chairs
  • CME Coordinator for 3 Series- Grand Rounds & Visiting Professor, CVICU M&M, and Quality Newsletter
    • Building and managing each Series
    • Assisting CME learners (faculty, APPs, etc.)
  • Visiting Professors Accomidations and Support
  • Facilitate Visiting Professor Grand Rounds
  • Faculty Meetings
    • Manage calendar invites
    • Reserve room
    • Assist with gathering topics for the agenda and sending the agenda out before the meeting
    • Attend all meetings to set out snacks/drinks, and set up the conference room for the hybrid meeting
    • Tech troubleshooting at meetings
    • Send out presentation and meeting recording the following week to
  • Supply Ordering
  • Reimbursement assistance for the Chair
  • Assist with manuscript citations
  • Order gifts on behalf of Chair
  • Answer phone
  • Manage 8700 Voicemail
  • Manage
    • Time Studies
    • PARs
    • Advisory Council nominations and elections
    • Faculty Council nominations and elections
    • Scholarly Activity collection
    • Manditory Training Completion
  • Help with many department lunches and events




Preferred Schedule:




M-F Core business hours



Position Requirements:

Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis

Minimum Required Education: Associates

Minimum Required Experience: 3 years of experience
