Compensation Range:$22.30-$28.84/Hour

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

The Customer Service Order Entry Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all customer purchase orders are entered into the system timely and accurately. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring that sales orders are kept up to date with current information. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and entering purchase orders, as well as effectively communicating with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately process domestic and international customer purchase orders in the applicable ERP system timely and accurately.
  • Maintain sales order updates as applicable.
  • Responsible for preliminary review of all incoming orders for required information.
  • Communicate effectively via telephone and email.
  • Successfully complete any responsibilities of the Data Entry Specialist role
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and promote healthy, respectful communications.
  • Assist with shared email box management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months experience in data entry, in a fast-pasted environment
  • Detail orientated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage complex and high order volume
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong working knowledge of PC systems; must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of INCO terms
General Job Requirements
  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
  • Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
