Description Alerus (formerly Home Federal Savings Bank) is looking for a full-time Branch Manager to join our team in Austin, MN. Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for the administration of the sales and service activities of the retail branch including direct supervision of the Teller and Banker positions. Providing prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service to clients including basic teller transactions, telephone inquiries, problem resolution, new account opening, existing account maintenance, and consumer lending. Partner with senior branch leadership in efforts to develop, expand, and service personal financial relationships, including executives, business owners, and centers of influence through a proficient sales effort. Qualifications: Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent experience required. Two years related supervisory or management experience. Previous financial services experience preferred. Strong communications and personnel management skills. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and direct others.
