Description

Alerus (formerly Home Federal Savings Bank) is looking for a full-time Branch Manager to join our team in Austin, MN.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the administration of the sales and service activities of the retail branch including direct supervision of the Teller and Banker positions.
  • Providing prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service to clients including basic teller transactions, telephone inquiries, problem resolution, new account opening, existing account maintenance, and consumer lending.
  • Partner with senior branch leadership in efforts to develop, expand, and service personal financial relationships, including executives, business owners, and centers of influence through a proficient sales effort.


Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree in business administration or equivalent experience required.
  • Two years related supervisory or management experience.
  • Previous financial services experience preferred.
  • Strong communications and personnel management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and direct others.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
