What You Will Do:

  • Pick up, transport, and drop a variety of Harbison-Fischer parts.
  • Follow route and time schedule.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
  • Complete any logs or reports needed.
  • Follow all safety standards.
  • Professional with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Assists in warehouse and assembly area with stocking, loading and organizing materials when needed.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedure while carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
  • Ensures that delivery truck is regularly cleaned and properly maintained.
  • Receives shipments, unpacks and organizes inventory parts and delivers items to appropriate departments; files shipping and packing slips on a regular basis.
  • Runs reorder reports for warehouses in advance of shipment day; checks stock to ensure inventory is available; notifies appropriate staff of necessary orders.
  • Packs all items that need to be shipped and places on pallet for departure.
  • Completes transfers upon shipment in inventory system.
  • Based on work orders, plans shipping schedule on a weekly basis.
  • Answers inquiries from staff members about tracking and shipment information.
  • Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
  • Keeps the shipping area neat, clean and organized. Assists with physical inventories.
  • Other duties as required.

  • MVR

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Class A CDL
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be 21 years of age to operate company vehicle.
  • One or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Commitment to work overtime as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of daily attendance, initiative, and productivity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed.
