Job Summary Job Purpose: Sales and MarketingThis position is responsible for providing support to clients, Sales/Management, and Account Executives/Managers regarding client and business partner requests to include claim/data issues, recruitment campaigns, sales products, reports, or other types of inquiries and requests. Utilizing available resources to ensure a superior level of account and customer satisfaction. BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for providing support to clients, Sales Manager, Brokers, and Account Executives regarding claim, billing, membership, or other types of inquiries and requests.
