Job Title: 1705 FT Loan Services Manager - Jasper, IN

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The Loan Services Manager will be responsible for the overall loan operations management and oversight of the consumer and commercial loans support team. This Manager will be leading two teams: Loan Document Processing and Loan Servicing. This knowledgeable, collaborative leader will be someone who values team member engagement and leading process improvements and efficiencies. Loan Services is continually challenged with complex situations and is highly regulated. Staying up-to-date with compliance, documentation standards and implementing a high level of accurate documentation is required. The customer experience should drive this leader to monitor processes and continually look for opportunities to improve the time-to-close process.

This leader will regularly partner with Credit and Underwriting, Application Support, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Mortgage, Retail, Commercial Lending, Training, and outside vendor relationships.

What You'll Do:

As the Manager, you will be charged with reviewing and establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for your teams that meet or exceed our internal partner expectations. There are many daily and regularly scheduled tasks that require oversight and quality assurance review, and you will be responsible for observing, listening, and working with your leadership team to solicit team member feedback for developing optimum processes and efficiencies. As a Manager, you will lead and serve on key projects in the bank, including merger and acquisition (M&A) activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, this role will be a coach and developer of strong talent.

The Document Processing Team is responsible for ordering appraisals, flood determinations, and title work, along with creating loan documents, maintaining software administration, UCC administration, lease administration, mortgage uploads, SBA loan origination and reporting, loan funding, and tax tracking administration for all retail and commercial loan products.

The Loan Servicing Team is responsible for daily balancing of internal accounts, posting loan payments, uploading and maintenance of loan accounts, quality control, filing HMDA LAR, exception tracking, escrow administration, credit card administration, trailing document scanning, SBA, FSA, RD, and other government loan servicing, paid loan processing, and participation and serviced mortgage administration.

  • Flexible work schedule when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Fiserv Premier, nCino, e-signature, LaserPro, Director, etc.
  • Bachelor degree in business related field
  • Project management experience
  • Lending or other accreditations
