THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate for the Regional Administrative Coordinator role is someone that is a strong complement to the Telecare culture and exhibits behaviors that demonstrate alignment with Telecare's values. The ideal candidate is someone who has a successful track record of providing project coordination and support to regional partners. We define operational excellence in 4 key areas:

- Customer Satisfaction. Our customers are important. The Regional Administrative Coordinator needs to be able to regularly interact with internal customers and ensure awareness of Telecare's commitment to delivering high quality care and minimizing unintended outcomes.

- Financial Security. Knowing how to successfully operate within a budget and drive fiscal responsibility through the organization is vitally important to the organization's success.

COMPETENCIES FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will bring comprehensive knowledge of project coordination and high level collaboration and administrative skill set. Ultimately, the ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate and committed to the vision and purpose of Telecare and is able to provide strong partnerships that are, guided by our values to drive collaboration and integration of the functional teams.

Full Time; Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $68,033.91 - $84,024.91. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Administrative Coordinator supports the Vice President Operations by coordinating administrative tasks and providing project coordination and support. The Regional Administrative Coordinator ensures coordination of work packages, and information flow horizontally across functional departments within the region and vertically across all levels of leadership and collaborates on the integration of functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

* Bachelor's degree and four (4) years' experience in administrative support for project coordination and project management or 8 years progressive experience in administrative roles providing support in project coordination and project management; two (2) years of experience should be in health care across various functional area

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Experience organizing, documenting, and co-facilitating meetings

* Experience and ability to define operations procedures, formulate and document workflows, and assist with implementation of new workflows;

* Ability to help develop, document, and support implementation of short- and long-range goals

* Ability to analyze problems, interpret operational needs, and help develop integrated, creative solutions

* Ability to learn new computer applications and technologies quickly

* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Qlik or similar workflow/data management tools

* Demonstrated attention to detail, follow through on tasks, and ability to multi-task

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment

* All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. Position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply

* Project Management experience

* Previous experience is a matrix organization

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders

* Plans, organizes, and facilitates meetings and regional projects as assigned by supervisor

* In consultation with supervisor, coordinates and documents meetings across functional teams and with appropriate stakeholders

* Supports integration of functional teams by tracking and managing multi-functional work processes and products

* Documents, maintains, and updates detailed project plans, implements timelines, and tracks progress

* Collaborates and communicates with other corporate stakeholders on regional business needs

* Documents and maintains record of process improvement activities with the goal of ensuring ongoing effectiveness

* Coordinates the efforts of cross-functional projects and their resource requirements with other departments

* Identifies and communicates issues preventing projects from making progress

* Acts as a resource to managers in the region.

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.

Position requires driving own personal vehicle for company business such as trainings, offsite meetings, etc.

SKILLS

* Advanced verbal and written communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities, including document management

* Working knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, twist, push, pull, and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach, and to do simple grasping. Occasionally required to drive.
