Our Scripps System-wide Resource Services (SSRS) department supports the entire Scripps Health system. As a member of the SSRS team, you will fill vital roles on assignments throughout the system to provide critical coverage for employee leave of absences, sick calls, and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments. Join our Scripps SSRS team as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) where you will provide direct patient care within the scope of your practice. This includes the following:
We are currently interviewing for Full-Time (72 hours) Days or Nights and Part-Time (48 hours) Days or Nights. We offer 2 types of positions with our SSRS PCA Team: SYSTEM-WIDE FLOAT TEAM - Permanent Scripps employees who support the day-to-day and short-term assignments. SYSTEM-WIDE RESOURCE TEAM - Permanent Scripps employees who are full-time and may be contracted to one site for 4 weeks, up to 6 months at a time, to fill a leave of absence or vacancy. Once the contract is complete, then the PCA will be assigned to cover another contract. #LI-KL1 Qualifications
