Job Summary:
This position will assist in the successful Facilities & Maintenance Operations of Arrowhead Products. (Maintenance Mechanic) This position will be responsible for performing facilities and machinery maintenance throughout the Arrowhead Products' facility. It is a combination of the following jobs: Mechanic/ Electrician Trainee, Maintenance Mechanic or Electrician, Electro- Mechanical Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will operate, repair, adjust or modify equipment as directed whether it be hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic.
- Will make acceptable gas and electric welds, read blueprints and construct custom equipment as required.
- Will make close tolerance set-ups and obtain maximum work output from all equipment.
- Will learn all of the electrical functions of and how to install/operate/repair equipment and facilities.
- Will install, service and repair interior/exterior wiring systems, motors, controllers, generators and distribution panels.
- Will analyze and correct faults in electrical equipment and circuits in all equipment used by Arrowhead Products.
- Will assist plant management during emergency situations that include but are not limited to spills, evacuations and clean-up operations.
- May need to obtain forklift, scissor lift, and crane operator training by an OSHA certified instructor.
- Perform work in accordance NEC procedures.
- Will maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, FOD-free fashion and adhere to all Safety standards.
- Will provide guidance and job knowledge to other Maintenance personnel.

Specialist level will require the following:
- Responsible for assisting the department in the development of techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput of products and to share job knowledge in the department.
- Will be able to perform both Mechanical and Electrical functions of equipment proficiently.
- Share knowledge in the department and responsible for assisting in the development of preventive maintenance procedures.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and formal Electrical training.
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
- Employee must bid into these classifications before progression is allowed in higher level.
- Minimum 2 years requirement in either Maintenance Trainee classification prior to progression eligibility for Mechanic or Electrician
- *Employees must bid into these classifications before progression is allowed to higher levels.
- **Maintenance Associate 3- Progression/ Bid into Specialist Position requires 3 year minimum in the preceding classification, in the same Job Family, prior to progression/ bid.

- Must have knowledge of pressure schematic diagrams, conventional electrical symbols and National Electrical Code.
