Acara Solutions is looking for Manufacturing Operators for our rubber/Injection molding manufacturing client in Wyoming, NY. A great opportunity to get into the manufacturing industry and grow professionally in a positive work environment!
Job Duties "At-a-Glance":

Operates all presses on the production floor. Completes individual daily production reports and job routing information. Completes Quality Statistical Data reports as required. Produces quality parts and maintain 100% uptime and 100% of standard. Documents completed without errors and before the end of shift. Requires statistical data is maintained and recorded on time and is current by verification at any time during the day.

Takes direction from Shift Supervisor and Senior Supervisor. Maintains communication with supervisor about any problems that may encounter.

Always maintain a safe work environment. Always wear the proper PPE (personal protective equipment) like protective eye wear, high temp sleeves, etc. Follow all press procedures for safe operations.

Shifts and Pay Rate:
1st Shift - $16.50 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday
2nd Shift - $17.50 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday
3rd Shift - $17.50 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Sunday PM - Friday AM
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Good work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
