Contract Procurement Specialist Fayetteville, Arkansas The
Contract Procurement Specialist's primary responsibility is to review prime agreements between Garver and its clients, when subcontracted services are to be used, to ensure terms that represent a risk to Garver are correctly integrated into the terms of Garver's subcontracts. This position will advise and assist Project Managers and associated staff by drafting the legal and commercial elements of Garver subcontracts (including subconsultant master services agreements), amendments, work orders, and other procurement agreements, as well as negotiating subcontract terms and conditions, to ensure the subcontract terms comply with the terms of our prime agreements and any applicable guidelines set forth in Garver's policies.
