Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Lexington, KY The Home Care Speech Language Pathologist evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the home environment and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system. The speech language pathologist provides skilled speech, language and swallowing therapy procedures and assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care.
