Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Implementation Specialist to join the team!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure information is concise and accurate for all product selections for the website
  • Extract, transform, and load product information to and from multiple systems and ecommerce platforms
  • Keep customer updated about site progress and any launch information
  • Extract, transform, and run sales/order reports per the customer's requests (Excel Pivot tables, Formulas)
  • Perform thorough testing of the entire site
  • Extract and transform data for order processing (Excel Pivot tables, Formulas)
  • Working with customer on projects and updates

You Must Have:

  • Intermediate experience with Excel (Excel Pivot tables, Formulas)
  • Ability to adapt and change directions quickly based on project, business, and team needs
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of promotional products
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other image/design software
  • Intermediate understanding of ecommerce environment (website layouts, functionality, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical findings and ideas simply to a wide variety of internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and a strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excitement about pop up shops
