Position Description: The Senior Manager of Talent Development will be responsible for overseeing, implementing and strategizing various aspects and initiatives to attract, develop and retain Bond employees while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The incumbent will successfully do this by developing and managing the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management programs and initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee BOND's Talent Development programs by setting a strategy and framework for the overall learning and development for the organization.
