Job Description: Workplace Experience Ambassador
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Workplace Experience Ambassador to serve as the primary point of contact for client employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and collecting feedback related to workplace services, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the care and comfort of client employees and guests. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employees and visitors Handle employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to workplace services Execute concierge services in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), standard processes, and applicable laws and regulations Service Quality Assurance: Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery Ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, regulations, and performance metrics Strive for flawless execution and stable service delivery for clients Data Management and Reporting: Support data collection, analysis, and reporting Ensure alignment with clients' goals and objectives Security and Access Management: Create and distribute security badges using the client's proprietary web-based system Monitor and manage badge access system for security doors Manage visitor registration through the client's web-based system tool Continuous Improvement: Strive to continually improve experience service performance Achieve and exceed performance goals, team goals, and client objectives Collaboration and Communication: Maintain a working relationship with on-site Facilities/maintenance team Notify relevant parties when contractors and facilities-related visitors enter the premises Work with other Hub sites to align best practices, communications, and activities Administrative Support: Provide onboarding support for new employees Manage office supplies inventory and ordering Promote site activities and events using Teams and Engage platforms Technical Skills: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar Management, Excel, and PowerPoint Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the managerProficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities |
