Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for analyzing shipping and transportation data to identify areas for optimization, enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will prepare and present dashboards and reports to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves supporting the implementation and enhancement of the Transportation Management System (TMS), monitoring intermodal networks, and tracking premium transportation usage to identify cost-saving opportunities. You will also provide analytical support for multiple facilities, including Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Introduction (NPI) sites, as well as offer benchmarking and contract analysis to ensure favorable terms and compliance.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze shipping and transportation data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present dashboards and analytical findings to the Supply Chain team and senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

  • Systems Support: Assist in the implementation, deployment, sustainment, and enhancement of the Transportation Management System (TMS).

  • Network Monitoring: Oversee the intermodal network to boost efficiency and anticipate global trends that could disrupt supply chains.

  • Premium Transportation Tracking: Monitor and report on premium transportation usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize future expenses.

  • Facility Support: Provide analytical support for multiple facilities, including Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Introduction (NPI) sites.

  • Contract Analysis: Offer analytical support and benchmarking for contract-related activities to ensure favorable terms and compliance.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a production or distribution operation

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in TMS deployments, preferably OTM

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Intermediate to advanced coding skills, R, Python, SQL

  • Experience working in Jira, Confluence, Sigma is preferred
