Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Communicate with clients about the condition of their system and recommend upgrades to keep them current with latest security technology
  • Maintain and Test multi security system for Clients that have service contracts in place
  • Troubleshoot technics to determine what type of problem may exist and to facilitate a corrective action to solve the problem
  • Required to time stamp progress in Blue Folder ticket system for real time updates to customers
  • Work effectively and independently thru multiple service calls daily
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Build positive relationship with clients
  • Share new technical information or knowledge to Operations installation department
  • Communicate with coordination team on next steps and needs discovered in calls
  • Be accountable for continuous development and growth within the department
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity when dealing with customers or colleagues


Basic Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems
  • Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic
  • Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis)
