Job Summary This position is responsible for leading and managing one or more highly complex infrastructure and security projects.
-Managing the cost / budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk.
-Being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a complex program (could include multiple projects), including. Developing the program strategy, supporting business case and various enterprise-wide high-level project plans
-Providing a blend of technical and business acumen to drive the design, development and implementation of strategic infrastructure and security projects.
-Building a sufficient level of knowledge of infrastructure and security to enable targeted probing of delivery feasibility and conflicts with other projects
-Driving deliverables and activities with pdl and it product managers or their program manager by removing barriers, and escalating risk/issues.

-Ensuring integration of program and corresponding sub-projects and adjusting program scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
-Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a matrix project environment.
-Having a thorough understanding of systems development life cycle and project management and enterprise processes

NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
* Leadership experience in multi-discipline, high-performance work teams/groups.

* Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
*SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
*Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
*Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
*Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process.
Experience with Project/ Portfolio management tools mainly Clarity PPM system and expertise in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PPT, Word, Project
*Business acumen.
*Customer relationship management.
*Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.
*Oral & written communications.
*Program / project management.
*Vendor / SLA management.
* Ability to influence (direct / indirect reports, project stakeholders, and leaders) and manage in a matrix organization

*Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
*Teamwork and collaboration.

*Ability to handle ambiguity, with the agility and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing priorities

* Ability to work both independently or in a team environment on multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.

* Experience in negotiations and managing conflict; organizational / political savvy.
*Good judgment and quick business decisions.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology.
*Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
*Adaptability / ability to manage change.
*Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.

Base Pay Range$107,300.00 - $193,800.00
