They are required to work from blueprints and schematics, plan and assign work for themselves and others, ensure that work specifications comply with all applicable codes, estimate, and purchase necessary materials, and oversee the correct installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical systems and equipment following established trade methods and procedures. Salary $65,146 - $82,243 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Frequent exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards. Frequent work performed outside or with exposure to risk including exposure to hazardous chemicals, raw sewage, communicable diseases, loud or constant noise, electricity, humidity, wetness, extreme temperatures, heights, odors, gases, mists, confined spaces, climbing ladders, cramped spaces, and inherent construction related hazards.
