Food Ingredient Sales - Product Coordinator

Monday - Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)

You'll be responsible for coordinating trim shipments from Masters Gallery Foods facilities and suppliers to cleaning operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient transfer of products between operations. Also responsible for collaborating with external and internal warehouses to resolve inventory discrepancies, address receiving questions, and troubleshoot shipment issues.



  1. Communicate product to be cleaned and repacked for Ingredients Sales Division.
  2. Track and resolve arrival issues, delays, and expedite shipments to meet customer needs.
  3. Work with Transportation Department to maximize freight and utilization of trucks.
  4. Set up transfers of trim to and from Masters Gallery Foods facilities to repacking operations.
  5. Review product receipts for accuracy and verify inventory.
  6. Coordinate cheese testing as needed on lots missing certificate of analysis (COA) information.
  7. Work closely with shipping and receiving at outside and internal warehouses.
  8. Assist with sales activities and collaborate with customers and suppliers.
  9. Back up responsibilities for all other areas within Food Ingredient Sales.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Ingredient Sales Manager and/or Vice President of Ingredient Sales.


What You Can Offer



  • Associate Degree in Sales, Business, Supply Chain, General Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in shipping/receiving or traffic/distribution preferred.
  • Must be efficient on computer systems, and Microsoft Office products, such as Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to outside warehouses and between Masters Gallery Foods facilities as needed.
