Summer Internship - Sales & Application Engineer

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Intern - Sales & Application Engineer for our 2025 Summer Internship Program.

We're seeking a highly motivated Engineer Intern with an interest in sales and application engineering to join the team at our Manada Hill, PA location.

Position Summary:

This internship is a unique opportunity for a career minded individual to gain firsthand experience in various aspects of sales and application of power generation systems for commercial, educational, industrial, wastewater, clean water, and renewable market segments. The successful candidate will work closely with our Electric Power Generation team contributing to the overall success of our organization while building functional engineering skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in development of quotations.
• Assist in development of power generation specifications.
• Assist in providing technical information for customer requests.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related field:

• MS Office proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage tasks, schedules, and data efficiently.
• Strong communication abilities: Both written and verbal.
• Critical thinking: Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter: Demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
• Research and writing skills: Useful for tasks like contract and service agreement writ
