This position is based in the following office location:

Manchester, NH

The opportunity

You will recruit and enroll qualified prospective students for campus first-year, transfer, graduate, and doctoral programs. You will assist students through the enrollment process while being a liaison to other campus departments serving as the student's advocate. You are expected to model SNHU's brand values and provide outstanding customer service in every interaction with every student. Primary job responsibilities include territory management, periodic regional recruitment travel, conducting personalized outreach to prospective students/families, performing informational sessions and interviews, and supporting on-campus event-related functions as assigned. You will work with the team to accomplish the overall goals for the department. You will report to the Director of Campus Admissions. #LI-Onsite

What you'll do:

  • Identify opportunities to use recruitment initiatives at regional high schools, colleges, and area partnerships.
  • Conduct recruitment travel; attend regular high school/college visits, college fairs, and classroom presentations.
  • Represent the university at events on-campus throughout the academic year. Perform supportive responsibilities important to on-campus events e.g. information sessions, tours, activities, organization and preparation, etc.
  • Initiate dialog with prospective students. Evaluate the prospective student's needs, interests and qualifications while providing concise information to help the prospective student make an informed decision on program/course offering, delivery mode, and school fit. Present information about the school, program offerings, structure, accreditation, cost, and benefits specific to the prospective student in an accurate and ethical manner.
  • Assist prospective students through the admission process following SNHU policies and procedures, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and accrediting standards. The major components of the process include response time to new inquiries, student interviews, facilitating and processing the enrollment, and following up through Day 15 of successful term start.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned. Job duties and responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice.

  • Years of relevant or specific experience: 0 - 1 year previous experience
  • Academic Degree(s) and/ areas of study: Bachelor's degree

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $38,750.00 - $62,010.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $42,818.00 - $57,930.00.
