This is a fast paced, aggressive, entry-level program that is designed to challenge you at all times. In this development program, you will have countless opportunities to solve real - world manufacturing issues and implement your ideas while being mentored by other successful James Hardie team members.   Rotationaltraining: Youareplacedatone of our 11USManufacturingPlantsandwill receivehands-onmanufacturing training throughtheentirefiber-cementmanufacturingprocess in addition to development of key professional skills

  Projects:selectandcompletestrategic projectsusing the skills acquired during your first year

  Second year:

  Aftersuccessfulcompletion ofyourfirstyear,youwillbeassignedto aspecificroleacrossone of our 11 U.S.plants (Waxahachie, TX; Cleburne, TX; Fontana; CA, Reno; NV, Tacoma; WA (2), Peru; IL, Pulaski; VA, Prattville, AL; Plant City, FL; Westfield, MA) or at our corporate office (Chicago, IL)
