Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $84,300 - $109,600 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package 401k & Company Match On-the-Job Training with Advancement Opportunities Recipe For Success: * Provides leadership to the Production department through coaching and development of front-line Supervisors, driving a culture of safety, inclusion, engagement and accountability. * Remains accountable for production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, line efficiency, waste and downtime. * Tracks and reports on production data to evaluate performance against KPIs. * Drives continuous improvement by ensuring that LEAN tools and 5S are practiced in adherence to Manufacturing Transformation guidelines. Education and Work Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. * 5-7 years of hands-on management experience and direct manufacturing experience with a consumer baked goods company. * Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within cross-functional teams. * Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products and ERP/MRP systems. * Experience with 5S and LEAN tools highly preferred. #FeedYourLife Position Requirements: The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
