The Guidance Center (TGC) is the Community Mental Health Center for Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. Primary Responsibilities - Youth Psychosocial Program Supervisor 1, Conduct clinical assessments for children who are referred for YPP only to determine clinical needs and develop treatment plans. 2. Provide other clinical services to YPP clients, including treatment planning, treatment review, and other direct services required to meet client needs. Ensure that individual and group goals are appropriate and up to date. 3. Provide intake assessments and treatment planning to select clients. 4. Provide limited psychotherapy (individual, family and group) for a small caseload of outpatient therapy clients if the time required by other duties permits, and provide on-going treatment planning for YPP clients not being 5. Develop curricula for psychosocial programs which are based on promising approaches or best practices. Consult with the Center's Chief Clinical Officer during program development and before implementation 6. Provide training for staff that will implement programs 7.
