Sourcing Project Manager (On-Site)

Danfoss Power Solutions in Searcy is looking for a Sourcing Project Manager. As a successful Sourcing Project Manager, you will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company's spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• * Effective and efficient implementation of approved projects making sure that all expectations are being met. This would include forming and managing resourcing teams, timeline, action plans, savings, expenses, and relationship outcomes
  
  * Effectively managing all assigned or temporary resources to a successful outcome and implementation. This would include people as well as capital funding for tooling and fixtures
  
  * You will be working globally and across numerous functions
  
  * Communicating the project status to all relevant and appropriate people involved in or needing to know the overall status. This could include regular reports, PowerPoint presentations, or other means of communication
  
  * Working with Danfoss Procurement and Product Teams to develop the plan that identifies which projects will be worked on in the next Fiscal year to meet budget and sourcing footprint strategies.
  
  * Conducting In house sessions between Engineering, Operations and our suppliers to take cost out of the product

Degree in business, technology, project management, or other related field

OR

5+ years of experience in project management, management, procurement, operations, or technology
